We are in touch with all the breeders we had already worked with in the past many years to bring healthy and ethically raised puppies for my former company Pets Habitat, and we know many other breeders now too, out of our own passion for dogs and love for animals.

We can help you find the right puppy from registered breeder in Italy and bring your puppy to Dubai directly under your name as the owner. There will be no any alternative living space arrangements or boarding facilities for your puppy. The puppy will come directly from the breeder’s home to the closest airport in Italy and into your hands at Cargo Village upon arriving in Dubai airport. We fly our puppies with Emirates airline, or alternatively with Lufthansa, depending on airport and airline availability and schedule.

You will have full access to the breeder’s name and address with your puppy’s arrival through our assistance. Although many Italian breeders are not fluent in English, you can still reach out directly and visit the breeder in the future whether to meet your puppy’s parents or to show the breeder how beautiful your puppy has turned out.

All the Italian breeders we work with are registered with ENCI (Ente Nazionale della Cinofilia Italiana). ENCI strictly enforces the ethical conduct for dog breeding practices and all the relevant tests. Where possible and applicable, the breeder will share the tests and the pedigree (available in online records of ENCI). ENCI pedigree itself is official documented proof of parents and grandparents free from any genetic disorders (at least to the best of knowledge and testing available).

How it works

1. Personalised consultation

• Tell us who you are looking for: your selected dog breed or the qualities you are looking for in a pet. We may also suggest alternatives.

• You are welcome to discuss the breed characteristics, ethical breeding standards, important to you points and your expectations.

2. Sourcing from registered breeders

• We will personally reach out to our network of trusted breeders in Italy.

• Only breeders who follow strict welfare, health, and ethical standards as per the laws of EU will be considered.

• We will revert back to you with all the information, possibilities, availability and prices from all the breeders who may be interested to export their puppy of your preferred breed to you in UAE. You can then decide which puppy you wish to bring home from Dubai airport.

3. Bringing your pet home in UAE

• The pet will be legally imported under your name. If possible and where aplicable, the pedigree will also be transferred under your name as the legal owner of the puppy.

• We handle all travel logistics to bring your new companion directly to UAE (or other GCC countries): from explaining the whole procedure to the breeder and ensuring that all steps of the process are meticulously followed, to liasing with the airline to book the flight and organising all the required documentation, extra large IATA crate and other travel neccessities as per the airline policy.

• We ensure compliance with UAE (or other GCC members) regulations.

4. Supporting documents

• We will provide you with all your puppy related documents: Pet Passport, traceable online ENCI pedigree, copy of all health records of the parents and health test of the parents (where available) to ensure you have all the details and knowledge about your new canine family member. We will also share the breeder's full details, but at a later stage, to guarantee breeder's confidentiality and to honour privacy laws of EU.
